Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information OGready (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account data — your email and basic profile, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store a customer reference and your plan/subscription status; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Content you submit — template settings and the text/brand details you send to be rendered into images.
• Usage data — render counts, API-key activity, explicit product events, and metadata used for metering, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.
• Technical data — IP address, request logs, and cookies used for security, rate limiting, and keeping you signed in.

2. How we use information

To provide and secure the Service, render and serve images, meter usage and process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share data only with providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Neon (database hosting), Vercel (application hosting, content delivery, and aggregate web analytics), and PostHog (explicit product analytics and error diagnostics). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security. Our auth and payment providers may set their own cookies to deliver their services. Vercel Web Analytics is cookie-free. We disable PostHog autocapture and session replay; PostHog receives only the explicit events we send from the product.

5. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@ogready.com. You may also delete your account at any time.

7. International transfers & security

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We rely on our providers’ safeguards for such transfers and apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
