Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want OGready to be worth paying for. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid subscriptions.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then drops to the free tier. We do not delete your projects or templates when you downgrade.
2. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused renders. If something went wrong on our end, contact us — we review refund requests in good faith and will always honor refunds required by applicable law.
3. 7-day goodwill window
If you upgrade to a paid plan and it isn’t a fit, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that initial charge.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry and notify you. If it remains unpaid, the subscription may be canceled and the account moved to the free tier.

Email support@ogready.com from your account email with your request. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
