Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OGready (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

1. The Service

OGready generates Open Graph and social-share images from templates you configure, served via a dynamic image URL and a developer API. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and your API keys. Keep your credentials secure. Authentication is handled by our identity provider; you must meet its minimum age and eligibility requirements.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, including content that violates others’ intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, quotas, watermarks, or security controls.
• Do not resell the Service as a substantially similar product without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or create risk for the Service.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until canceled. Each plan includes a monthly image allowance; cached re-serves are free and do not count toward it. We do not charge metered overage — if you approach or exceed your allowance we will prompt you to upgrade, and we may apply reasonable limits to protect the Service. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the text, brand assets, and other content you submit. You grant OGready a limited license to process, store, and render that content solely to operate the Service. OGready’s product, templates, and proprietary software remain our property; third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. API and rate limits

API access is subject to per-key rate limits and your plan’s monthly render allowance. We may adjust limits to protect Service stability.

8. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the free tier carries no service-level commitment.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGready will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to OGready’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
